अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विशेष निर्देश
अभ्यर्थी कृपया ध्यान दें कि कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा में बैठते समय उसके पास एक मूल फोटो पहचान-पत्र अवश्य हो जिसमें वहीं जन्म-तिथि हो जैसी कि प्रवेश प्रमाण-पत्र में मुद्रित है ।
यदि मूल फोटो पहचान पत्र में जन्म तिथि नहीं दी गई है तो अभ्यर्थी के पास अपनी जन्म-तिथि के साक्ष्य के रूप में एक अतिरिक्त प्रमाण-पत्र अवश्य होना चाहिए।
यदि प्रवेश प्रमाण-पत्र और जन्म-तिथि के प्रमाण के रूप में लाए गए मूल फोटो पहचान-पत्र/ प्रमाण पत्र में उल्लिखित जन्म-तिथि मेल नहीं खाती है तो अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा में बैठने नहीं दिया जाएगा ।
अभ्यर्थियों के लिए सामान्य निर्देश
1. किसी भी परिस्थिति में प्रवेश बंद होने के बाद उम्मीदवार को प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
2. अभ्यर्थी को अपने एडमिशन सर्टिफिकेट के अलावा लाना होगा,
 
a) उनकी नवीनतम रंगीन फोटो की दो प्रतियां (3 सेमी X 3.5 सेमी)
b) स्पष्ट फोटो वाला कम से कम एक मूल वैध पहचान प्रमाण ( as on date) (1. पासपोर्ट, 2. आधार कार्ड/ई आधार, 3. ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, 4. विश्वविद्यालय/कालेज आई.डी., 5. मतदाता पहचान पत्र 6. पैन कार्ड 7 केन्‍द्र/राज्‍य/पीएसयू द्वारा जारी सेवा पहचान पत्र 8 रक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा भूपूसै को जारी सेवा मुक्‍त‍ि पुस्तिका 9 केन्‍द्र/राज्‍य सरकार द्वारा जारी कोई अन्‍य पहचान पत्र)
यदि कोई उम्मीदवार उपरोक्त दस्तावेजों को लाने मे विफल रहता है, तो उसे परीक्षा केन्द्र में प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा और उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
3. निषिद्ध वस्तुएं जैसे घड़िया, किताबे, पेन, पेपर चिट, मैग्जीन, इलेक्ट्रिक गैजेट्स (मोबाइल फोन, ब्लूटुथ डिवाइस, हेड फोन, पेन/बटन होल कैमरा, स्कैनर, कैलकुलेटर, स्टोरेज डिवाइस आदि) परीक्षा लैब में लाने की सख्त मनाही है। यदि लैब में किसी उम्मीदवार के कब्जे में एैसी कोई वस्तु पाई जाती है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी और उसके खिलाफ कानूनी/आपराधिक कार्रवाही शुरू की जा सकती है। वह 7 साल की अवधि के लिए आयोग की भावी परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने से वंचित होने के लिए भी उत्तरदायी होगा।
4. उम्मीदवार को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि वे एक से अधिक बार इस परीक्षा की भर्ती में उपस्थित न हो, अन्यथा एैसे उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी और उन्हे आयोग की भावी परीक्षाओं से तीन साल की अवधि के लिए विमुक्त कर दिया जाएगा।
5. यह दोराया जाता है कि उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा स्थल में ऊपर बताए अनुसार बैग और निषिद्ध वस्तुएं लाने की सख्त मनाही है, यदि वे एैसी कोई वस्तु लाते हैं, तो उन्हें ऐसी वस्तुओं की सुरक्षा के लिए अपनी व्यवस्था करनी होगी। आयोग ऐसी किसी भी वस्तु की सुरक्षित अभिरक्षा के लिए कोई व्यवस्था नहीं करेगा और न हीं जिम्मेदार होगा।
6. रफ कार्य के लिए पेन और पेपर परीक्षा कक्ष में प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
7. उम्मीदवारों को आवंटित कम्प्यूटर स्क्रीन पर इलेक्ट्रानिक घड़ी (टाइमर) उपलब्ध होगी।
8. उम्मीदवार को फ्रिस्किंग की प्रक्रिया से गुजरना होगा और यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने के लिए उनका बायोमैट्रिक पंजीकरण (उम्मीदवार का बाये अंगूठे का निशान) पूरा हो गया है। एक बार बायोमैट्रिक पंजीकरण पूरा हो जाने के बाद उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा समाप्त होने तक परीक्षा स्थल छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
9. उम्मीदवार को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि वे एडमिशन सर्टिफिकेट की कमीशन काॅपी पर बायें अंगूठे का निशान (LTI), उनके चल लिखावट और हस्ताक्षर में स्पष्ट विवरण प्रदान करें।
Special Instructions for the Candidates
Candidate must carry an original photo identity card having the Date of Birth as printed on the Admission Certificate.
If original photo identity card does not have the Date of Birth then the candidate must carry an additional certificate in proof of their Date of Birth.
In case of mismatch in the Date of Birth mentioned in the Admission Certificate and original photo ID/the certificate brought in support of Date of Birth, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
General Instructions for the Candidates
1. Candidates will not be allowed entry after entry closing time on any ground.
2. Candidates should, in addition to their Admission Certificate, bring
 
a) Two Copies of their latest colored photo (3 cm X 3.5 cm)
b) Atleast one valid document (as on date) identity proof in original having clear photo (1. Passport, 2. AADHAR Card/print out of e-Aadhar, 3. Driving License, 4. University/ College ID, 5. Voter ID Card 6. PAN Card, 7. Service ID card issued to employees by Central Govt/State Govt./PSUs, 8. Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book issued by Min of Defense, 9 Any other photo identity Proof issued by Central Govt/State Govt)
If a candidates fails to bring the above documents, he/she would not be admitted in the examination venue and his/her candidature could be cancelled.
3. Prohibited items such as watches, books, pens, paper chits, magazines, electric gadgets (Mobile phone, Bluetooth devices, head phones, pen/buttonhole cameras, scanner, calculator, storage devices etc) are STRICLY NOT ALLOWED in the examination Lab. If any such item is found in the possession of a candidate in the examination lab, his/her candidature liable to be cancelled and legal/criminal proceedings could be initiated against him/her. He/she would also liable to be debarred from appearing in future examination of the Commission for a period of 7 years.
4. Candidate must ensure that they do not appear in recruitment exam more than once, otherwise candidature of such candidate would be cancelled and they would be debarred from future examinations of the Commission for a period of three years.
CANDIDATES ARE STRICTLY ADVISED TO DESIST FROM BRINGING BAGS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS INTO THE EXAMINATION VENUE.
5. It is reiterated that candidates should not bring bags and prohibited items as mentioned above to the examination venue, In case they bring any such item, they would have to make their own arrangements for safe custody of such items. The Commission shall neither make any arrangement nor be responsible for the safe custody of any such item.
6. Pen and paper for rough work shall be provided in the examination lab.
7. Electronic watch (timer) will be available on the computer screen allotted to candidates.
8. Candidates shall have to undergo the process of FRISKING and ensure that their BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION (LTI-Left Thumb Impression) for appearing in the examination is completed. Once the biometric registration is completed the candidate shall not be allowed to leave the examination venue till the completion of the examination.
9. The candidate should ensure that they provide clear Left Thumb Impression (LTI), Certification Statement in their running handwriting and signature on Commission's copy of Admission Certificate.
